Receptionist/Administrator - Temp

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for immediate temp work?

This is a rare opportunity to join this residential special school based in Oxted on a long-term temporary basis to add additional support until December 2024.

Salary: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour

Start:3rd June 2024 – until December 2024 – Term time only (Full-time pay will be offered for full commitment)

Location: Oxted

DBS: Ideally you will hold and enhanced DBS on the update service – checks will be processed upon offer of employment

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 15:30 finish on a Friday

Sales Support Administrator

Our client is a fast-growing, technology-based business who are a market leader in the provision of energy data and services. They have been established for over 40 years and as a business, they currently have over 3.5k customers and employ over 300 people – this role will be based at their Horley office.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to provide an excellentstandardofadministrativesupport,effectivelymaintain,andimproveproceduresto track and progress sales enquiries from initial contact to order.

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Horley Office/Hybrid, 2 days in the office / 3 remote. There may be some travel to other sites at Blackpool/Bristol on average, 5/6 times per year.

Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC

Regulatory Legal Counsel, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Our client, based in Redhill, an exceptional financial services organisation who operate globally, are looking for an individual to join the small legal team, to deliver legal services, advice and support to the business to ensure legal risks are appropriate, identified and managed.

You will develop and adhere to relevant policies and procedures to identify and manage legal risk, along with management of external legal counsel and advice, as directed by Head of Legal. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will support the delivery of departmental objectives. You will be required to assist in key meetings and projects requiring legal support.

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

Start: ASAP – 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday
