YourRecruit skills check all applicants, so prior to your appointment you will receive a link to a standard set of IT tests. This test should be completed prior to your appointment. The test needs to be completed on a laptop or desk-based PC as it is not compatible with a mobile phone, tablet or Apple Mac.

During the registration appointment, your consultant will gain a greater understanding of your requirements for your next role. Whether you are starting out in your working life or looking for the next step up the career ladder, we will work with you towards the most suitable role. We will fully establish your career goals and work experiences that you have gained. We will discuss your CV fully to ensure that it is correct and all relevant information is included! We are able to provide advice about your CV if we feel that it can be improved.
Once we understand what you are looking for, we will discuss potential positions with you either at your appointment or whenever they arise. If you change your mind about what you are looking for, just update your consultant so that we do not overlook you for any opportunities.
When we discuss a role for you we may not always get it right. If you are not interested in the position, just tell us! We don’t get offended! We will only submit your details to a client once we have discussed the position with you and received your consent. Shortly after your details have been submitted, we will contact you to advise if you have been successful for an interview.
We will support you
Prior to the interview, you will be contacted by your consultant. This is to check if you have any last minute questions and to relieve last minute interview nerves! If you are not used to interviews, we can provide tips and face to face interview preparation. We advise you on how to demonstrate your skills and experiences in the most professional way.
Employers who use a recruitment agency, will sometimes not advertise their positions publicly. Registering with YourRecruit does give you the advantage of having access to these positions and getting your CV directly to the hiring manager. Our aim is to find you the best job suited to your skills and experience.
