When YourRecruit receives a job vacancy from our clients, we discuss the role in order to understand the role fully and where it fits within the company structure. Ideally, we will arrange a time to visit so that we can gain understanding of the office culture and working environment. From the knowledge we have gained, we are then able to compile a short list of potential candidates from our fully registered database.
Candidate Shortlisting and Interviews
With a good understanding of client’s requirements, our consultants are able to establish which candidates are most suited to the role by looking at various factors. Once we have established our shortlist, we will discuss the position in full with candidates before submitting any details to the client. At this stage, clients will invite candidates to interview, which we will arrange and confirm via email. Any unsuccessful candidates will be advised that they have not progressed to interview stage.
We discuss the outcome of the interviews with our clients afterwards and put job offers forward to successful candidates – ensuring that all parties are happy with the outcome before forwarding our confirmations of offers. We will also provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, ensuring that any helpful feedback is passed on.

Book a Temp
You can book a temp for as little as half a day with many of our temps working for weeks or even months in the same company.
Our fee structure is transparent and we ask you to decide upon the hourly rate you wish to pay the candidate to complete the task, we then add all statutory costs such as holiday pay and N.I before adding our competitive administration margin. Invoices are normally payable within 7 days however once you have built up your credit history with us.
When booking a temp we will normally confirm the name of the temp both verbally and in writing within 30 minutes, however this will depend upon the nature of the booking and whether the booking is current or in the future.

Temporary staff are ideal to cover sickness, holiday or help to complete a project.
Our temporary staff are employed by YourRecruit, therefore you do not need to concern yourself with right to work checks, national insurance contributions, tax or holiday pay. Our temps can cover short, medium or long-term bookings and can be available at short notice. All temps will be referenced, skills checked, and their right to work confirmed. Many of our temps are ‘professional temps’ who have worked for us for years.
If you have a longer-term requirement for a staff member but are not in a position to offer permanent employment, a contract staff member could be suitable for you. You would take the candidate on to your own payroll for a fixed period, which is generally for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
