Candidate Shortlisting and Interviews
With a good understanding of client’s requirements, our Consultants are able to establish which candidates are most suited to the role by looking at various factors. Once we have created a shortlist, we will discuss the position in full with each candidate to confirm their interest in the role before we send our selected top talent through to the client for review and feedback on candidates to be invited for interview, which we will also arrange. If the position is more complex, we will fully advertise the role on the leading job boards and shortlist from the responses received along with potential candidates from our database.
Furthermore, we discuss the outcome of the interviews with our clients and will invite any successful candidates back for second interviews if required. Once the client is satisfied that they have met the right candidates, we will detail any job offers to successful candidates – ensuring that all parties are happy with the outcome before forwarding our confirmation of offer. We will also provide verbal feedback to unsuccessful candidates, ensuring that any helpful and constructive feedback is passed on.
