Social Media Executive

Our client is one of the fastest-growing football betting brands in the UK, with a rapidly expanding online presence and a combined community of over 1 million followers. Their content generates more than 2 million impressions each month from highly engaged fans across Instagram, X (Twitter), and Telegram. Their goal is to continue growing their online communities at scale while increasing engagement to effectively promote their multi-billion-dollar partners, with a primary focus on football and horse racing.

Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience

​Bonus/Commission: Monthly bonus with the opportunity to earn around an extra 10% to 60% of your monthly salary through a commission-based scheme (Uncapped commission)

Location: Fully remote (Must be in UK) or option to work in East Croydon office

Hours: Mon-Sun flexible hours (Must be available in evening & weekend for football games)

The role:

We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager to join our client’s growing UK team. You must be passionate about football and comfortable working within the online gambling space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social channels across X (Twitter), Instagram, and Telegram
• Create engaging content, support content strategy, and build audience relationships via direct engagement
• Contribute ideas, test new platforms/formats, and help shape brand growth
• Research football matches and produce written tips and insights
• Create content using Canva
• Analyse content and betting performance to guide future strategy
• Support day-to-day content activity and engagement

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Canva
• Strong passion for football
• Understanding of online gambling (odds and bet types)
• Social media literate (Instagram, X/Twitter, Telegram)
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Ambitious, driven, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
• Strong writing skills (minimum GCSE English Grade C or equivalent)
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
• Confident, outgoing personality with good banter
