Our client is proud to currently have a Warrant from HM The Queen, and has previously also held one from HRH The Prince of Wales. Which they like to think there’s a correlation between quality and service and being awarded the Royal Warrant. Royal Warrants are a mark of recognition to individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the Households of HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales.

The Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring sales and profitability are maximised on by capturing customer’s orders, driving sales promotion activity, investigating the winning customers full product requirements and developing relationships with customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction and trust.

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 - Depending on experience.

Location: Vauxhall

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, plus 4 hours every other Saturday, 6:00am - 10:00am.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Location: Redhill

DBS: Ideally you will already holdan enhanced DBS certificate

Hours:  37 Hours per week - various shift times across Monday–Fridays 07:00-15:00, 11:00-19:00 & 13:00-21:00 and the very occasional Saturday may be required.

Overview of the post:

Responsibilities include general caretakingmaintenanceminor repair work and security, as well as assisting with arrangements for College events such as open days and exhibitions. This position involves manual work, including lifting and carrying furniture and equipment and walking between the two sites. You will ideally have some knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and hold the IOSH qualification, although this is not essential.

Working closely with the Premises Supervisor, Head of Estates and the rest of the Facilities team you will carry out general building maintenance and repair work as well as regular inspections of service appliances and premises. You will also monitor the Share Point helpdesk, and complete facilities requests where required.

Payroll Officer - Part-time
