Our client, a multi-award-winning firm of financial advisers who is owned by one of the top 10 largest insurance companies in the world, are looking for an experienced property and facilities Administrator who will be responsible for the administration of all Health and Safety, Property and Facilities organisation. Accountabilities include, but not be limited to, the maintenance of policies and procedures, audits, delivery of e-learning, training and the upkeep of employee e-learning records. This role will be required to deliver day to day support of all issues or requests related to Property and Facilities, ensuring good housekeeping and provision of services.

You will be joining the Client Services Team, reporting to the Client Services Manager, assisting in delivering a great customer experience by managing inbound and outbound calls and booking appointments, as well as responding to customer questions, resolving their issues, and guiding them to the appropriate service or point of contact.

You will be joining the paraplanning department, reporting to the Paraplanner Manager, assisting in preparing draft suitability reports on behalf of the Private Client Advisers and for Pension Liability Management (PLM) projects. This particular position is focused in PLM and providing Defined Benefit advice only.

The Financial Education Manager will play a vital role in educating our clients Advisers by assisting in the development and maintenance of materials and presentations, covering topics such as ‘Money Management’, ‘Pension Awareness’, ‘Annual Allowance’ and ‘Wills and Estate Planning’.

The Purpose of the Business Development department is to manage and develop the relationships with corporate clients and to generate new business opportunities leading to profitable revenue.
