£31,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + sleep-ins + benefits

We are working with a number of established care providers across London who are looking for experienced Senior Support Workers to join their teams.

This is a hands on role where you will support the day-to-day running of the service, lead shifts, and provide guidance to Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

This opportunity would suit someone who is already working as a Senior, or an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step.

The Role

  • Leading shifts and supporting the wider team on a daily basis
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting individuals with a range of needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges
  • Contributing to care planning and risk assessments
  • Supporting with safeguarding and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Acting as a role model to junior staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within social care (residential or supported living)
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Confidence leading shifts and supporting other team members
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is desirable
  • A calm, consistent and resilient approach
