Are you a natural organiser who thrives on structure and precision?
We’re looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join a growing, tech-led business shaking up the energy sector. You’ll be at the centre of operations – coordinating smart meter appointments and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  •          Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications, primarily related to appointment scheduling, via telephone and email.
  •          Respond promptly and professionally to general enquiries in line with customer contracts and internal procedures.
  •          Efficiently schedule appointments into engineers’ diaries, optimising availability and resources.
  •          Coordinate urgent or short-notice work requests, ensuring appropriate field operatives are assigned while maintaining service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  •          Consistently meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
  •          Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues, using sound judgement and initiative.
  •          Ensure all scheduling activity complies with agreed service levels and contractual commitments.
  •          Develop and maintain strong working relationships within your immediate team, the wider Scheduling team, and with field-based engineers.
  •          Collaborate as part of a high-performing scheduling team focused on delivering excellent service and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  •          Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role – helpful but not required
  •          Experience in scheduling or energy/meters is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker!
  •          Friendly, professional communicator.
  •          Organised multitasker with a cool head.
  •          Problem-solver who loves a good challenge.
  •          Comfortable using MS Office.
