We are looking to recruit 5 x Customer Advisors to work for a global business at their Head Office in Croydon.

Location: Croydon/hybrid

Interviews: To be held Thursday 30th & Friday 31st May only

Start Date: 17th June 2024 – please only apply if you can start on this date and have no pre-booked holiday for the first 6 weeks

Competitive salary: £27,013.60 basic plus performance bonus (£2045)

What You'll Be Doing:

Working within the Motor Roadside Assistance Team – you will be delivering an outstanding experience to customers in their hour of need. Handling a high volume of inbound calls which vary from a vehicle breakdown on the motorway, to a burst tyre, road traffic accident - in all cases, you will need to have confident and professional communication skills to a ensure fast, proactive solution to the caller’s problem.

📞 Handling a variety of inbound calls in the Motor Roadside Assistance Team.

🔧 Providing outstanding customer experiences for vehicle breakdowns, burst tires, and road traffic accidents.

🤝 Building rapport with callers, identifying their needs, and delivering fast, proactive solutions.

Your Working Week:

⏰ 35 hours across Monday to Sunday (including weekends)

🔄 Shifts between 3pm to 11pm

What is our client looking for?

🗣️ Confident communicator with the ability to handle 70+ calls daily.

🤖 Confident IT skills and a quick learner of multiple databases.

🌟 Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.

🧠 Ability to remain calm under pressure.

🎓 GCSE grade C or above in Maths & English.

Please note: Due to the nature of the industry full background checking will be carried out upon a successful offer to include; credit check and DBS will be carried out for successful candidates.
