Customer Experience Coordinator

Location: Croydon - Hybrid
Salary: £24,091.40 + Bonus £2,000.00
Start Date: 11th March 2024 - 12 month contract
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm and 10am – 6pm. These rotate each week. 1 in 3 Saturdays you will be required to work (09:00 - 13:00) with one half day off in the week.

- Keep our systems shipshape by maintaining and updating customer details with laser-like precision.
- Become the master of warranty information, ensuring every entry is as accurate as your aim.
- Seamlessly navigate through Motor Warranty policies like a seasoned explorer, using our high-tech intranet and computer programs.
- Respond to customer queries faster than a speeding bullet, ensuring no message goes unanswered.
Your impressive Toolkit:
- GCSE education or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Skills worthy of a spreadsheet sorcerer in MS Word & Excel.
- Communication skills that could charm the treads off a tire.
- A basic understanding of FCA regulations (or a willingness to learn).
- The resilience to thrive in the face of challenges, adapting to any situation like a true hero.
