We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a successful provider of Fire Alarm & Security Systems, who have been installing Intruder Alarms, Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and other bespoke security systems solutions in London and the home counties for over 25 years.

They are currently looking for an Operations Administrator and are offering a stable, fun and professional working environment with  career progression opportunities for committed and proactive candidates.

💰Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

📍 Location: Wallington.

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The ideal candidate must want to achieve high personal standards of and take pride in the work they carry out.

🌟 Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in this industry or similar would be ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Show a strong ability to work unsupervised.
  • Initiative and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and good all-round PC Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Flexible, trustworthy and reliable.

🌟 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reactive and planned maintenance tasks are achieved to meet predetermined KPI’s.
  • Liaise with clients and contract staff, ensuring practice standards and development is achieved.
  • Track chargeable labour versus time registration on the companies Cash for Windows (C4W) operating system.
  • Log and close/jobs on the C4W operating systems database.
  • Calls/jobs may be received by telephone, email, or via mobile communications.
  • Allocate PPM/RM works orders to directly employed operations teams and / or supply chain.
  • Track job progress against KPI and agreed SLA’s with customers maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.
  • Report to clients and operational teams work progress and completion.
  • Maintain and update as appropriate all paperwork subject to contract audit.
  • Carry out general administration duties as and when required.
  • Any other duties required to ensure the effective and efficient running of the operations department in accordance with the companies ISO management and Quality control procedures.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will be required to provide Administrative support with  regards to the company’s day-to-day operational requirements.
