We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator, in a part-time or full-time capacity, to join the accounts division of a family-run, UK leading business based in Redhill. The success of our client is not only down to the excellent service they provide, but mainly the professional and friendly, extremely knowledgeable team that reside in all areas of their business. Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus BH (increasing with service) parking onsite, simply health plan pension

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5:30 and Friday 9:00 – 5:00 - This opportunity is available on both a part-time and full-time capacity, with a minimum working week of 24 hours (3 days)

 

About the role:

 

The successful individual should be someone that enjoys working as part of a team but also has the self-motivation to carry out daily duties under their own initiative. Working within a dedicated small team, of which has not changed in over 8 years, you will become part of their family, assisting across all Business account functions, to include, but not limited to:

  • Take incoming calls, which could vary from a customer requesting copy of invoices/statement, querying their account or processing credit card payments
  • Processing credit card payments onto customer account
  • Sending out letters to customers
  • Soft aged debt chasing by calling/email or post.
  • Regular daily reports to ensure customers’ orders can be despatched.
  • Sending copy invoices weekly to groups
  • Entering purchase ledger invoices.
  • Providing cover for processing sales ledger payments and setting up accounts

Experience in accounts is not a prerequisite; our client value your ability to learn quickly, coupled with tenacity and a genuine desire to grow.
