Our client is a successful and expanding college group – they are looking to appoint 3 x Administrator’s across the Curriculum Team within the Exams / Business and Construction Departments. The role will be based at their modern site in Redhill, Surrey.

Curriculum Admin – overview Business Development/Construction Dept:

You will be supporting a team within a designated curriculum area to provide an effective administrative and secretarial service. You will assist with the general departmental organisation, collate retention data, arrange meetings, manage diaries, develop and maintain effective filing systems and respond to queries with a professional and timely manner. You will also be liaising directly with students, parents, internal staff and other external parties.

This post will suit a highly motivated and experienced administrator who has previously worked in a busy office environment ideally within an education setting and is able to work at a fast pace. You will also have the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload, as well as being able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • A strong background in providing administrative support
  • Knowledge of effective administration processes and procedures
  • Previous experience of working in the education sector is advantageous

Exams Administrator: 

In this important role you will assist with all aspects of the Apprenticeships Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system. Working closely with the Head of Exams (College Group) you will take responsibility for your designated area where you will liaise with tutors and provide data where requested. You will assist in processing student data for registrations, book exams on both online and paper, create exam documentation for exam sessions/invigilators and schedule the invigilators in for their working hours. 

Salary: £20,688 – £22,537 depending on experience

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Hours: 8:45am – 5pm plus Benefits which include; Free parking, generous annual leave, gym membership, pension, excellent training, childcare vouchers and much more
