Office Administrator - Law

Our client, based in Oxted, are recruiting an Office Administrator who will undertake general office administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functioning of the business.
This is an interesting role which will enable you to work across all departments, gaining knowledge and experience of how a busy legal practice operates. The nature of the work that they do will present the winning candidate with an exciting opportunity to commence their legal career, as well as, provide a route to further progress their career in the legal industry should they so desire.

Will you suit this role?
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the legal sector, with the desire and tenacity to create your own career path. This client is looking for individuals with A levels as a minimum, plus GCSE Maths and
English, level 4 or above. You will have strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new tasks and multi-task various requirements efficiently.
Key skills & experience required:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Word, Excel and general IT skills
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Previous work experience is desirable
- £17,000 – potentially negotiable depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave per year
- Workplace Pension for qualifying candidates
- Christmas Closure – subject to annual review
- On-going Learning and Development
- Half a day off for your birthday
