Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this key role will be responsible for delivering a high quality recruitment service in conjunction with line managers; providing innovative solutions to recruitment activity.
Providing practical support to assist line managers and colleagues in achieving their goals with a local context that comply with the company HR policies, best practice and legislative requirements related to recruitment.
Who will suit this role?
- Demonstrable experience working within an HR function where activities included advice on a range of HR issues but essentially around recruitment activity
- Significant knowledge of HR legislation, procedures and policies related to recruitment specifically
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Confidence to challenge at all levels of the business
- Personal resilience and motivation to take ownership and action
- Ability to gather and analyse HRMI and report findings
- Extensive knowledge and experience of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Business & commercial awareness at a local level related to a head office functions – desirable
- Experience of implementing and managing tracking processes - desirable

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00. With hybrid working available, expected 2-3 days in the Redhill Office.
