Sales Consultant – IT Recruitment

£30,000 - £40,000

Our client, a successful IT solutions company needs the expertise of a Sales Consultant who has experience in Recruitment. Due to the recent success of the business, this Brighton based client are setting up new offices in the Gatwick/Crawley area, therefore the role will encompass working in both Brighton and the field – offering lots of flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven and effective Sales Consultant who is ready to create their own desk from a warm start.

 

They are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales numbers and improving their sales associates’ performance. Because of business growth, our client needs a sales management professional who can usher them into the next phase of their development and ensure that they continually meet sales quotes on a monthly basis.

 

Offering a competitive salary, plus commission, this client is also offering a bonus of £30,000 per year for meeting a yearly target of £200k.

 

What will your working day look like?

  • Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
  • Find new leads, broaden the existing client base
  • Create positive and lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Increase product knowledge among sales assistants and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives
  • Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterwards

 

What experience is required for this role:

  • 6+ years’ of sales experience
  • Experience in recruitment sector
  • Experience in IT industry preferable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
