Are you looking to join an established recruitment agency with big plans for the future? We have been recruiting for our clients for over 20 years and are known for delivering excellent results which has given us a great reputation within Surrey and the South East.  Due to a high increase in demand, we are looking for an established Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Division.   Offering a generous starting salary of up to £28,000 plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, this friendly and sociable team are looking for  someone who is proactive, self-motivated with the drive and tenacity to succeed and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

We can offer social events such as team lunches, charity fundraising, Summer BBQs and Christmas parties, quarterly competitions with great prizes and many other incentives.

We have strong, long lasting relationships with our clients and often build business through recommendations and our reputation.

 

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a very established company who are going from strength to strength.  Your role will include:

 

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate new clients over the telephone and in person
  • Build and develop your own recruitment desk
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Use job boards, our extensive internal database, LinkedIn and social media platforms to source the best talent for each role
  • Understand the requirements of each role and successfully match the needs of our clients and candidates
  • Build a talent pool of candidates through screening and interviewing candidates
  • Consistently deliver a first class service
  • Support the other Recruitment Consultants on their recruitment campaigns
  • Deliver against realistic KPIs
