As a leading provider of supported living and outreach support for individuals with Mental Health needs, our client is dedicated to fostering independence through personalized care and support.

Position: Registered Manager

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

Hours: 40-hour working week

Location: Smallfield (Driver with own transport essential)

🌟 Planning, coordinating, and implementing person-centered care plans and risk assessments.

🌟 Providing essential physical care, from personal hygiene to managing health appointments.

🌟 Leading staff training initiatives to uphold physical health knowledge and skills.

🌟 Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, professionals, and agencies.

🌟 Accurate record-keeping in accordance with our policies.

🌟 Leading the development, maintenance, and monitoring of service standards.

**Ideal Candidate:**

If you are a dedicated RMN/Level 5 qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of Registered Manager experience, this role is perfect for you. Bring your supervisory skills, up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations, and the ability to navigate relevant legislation and national guidelines. Your expertise in models of care, along with a working knowledge of roles within primary and secondary care settings, will make you a valuable addition to our team.
