This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Sales Development team as a Consultant, to appoint, encode and maintain the entire portfolio of a supplying motor dealership. For their dealers and field-based team, you will be a welcoming voice that is able to assist with their queries regarding their commission as well as being an attentive listener and problem solver too. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.

  •          Ability to analyse & report on Financials using strong analytical and numerical skills
  •          Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
  •          Positive and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated
  •          Receptive to change
  •          Ability to have difficult conversations
  •          GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C/4-9
  •          Previous call handling experience is desirable.
  •          Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
  •          Good verbal and written communication skills

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00 including 1 late shift per week 11.00 – 19.00. Hybrid working offered after initial 6 month training.
