Location:  West London
Salary: £53,000 – £65,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a home where you can genuinely make a difference?

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and creating a stable, nurturing environment for young people.

The Role

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
• Ensuring the home meets all Ofsted and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing for young people
• Managing staff rotas, supervision and performance
• Developing strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
• Ensuring the home operates within budget while delivering high quality care

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• A passion for improving outcomes for young people
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
