Our client, a leading supplier within their field, is continuing to grow and is now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a sales function within a forward-thinking, rapidly expanding industry.

Salary: £24,000
Location: Caterham
Hours: 35 hours per week (7-hour shifts between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm)

The Role

As a key support to the Sales Team, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experience.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer and sales enquiries, delivering friendly and professional support.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all client and sales information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the preparation and tracking of quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, product information, and order updates.
  • Assist with product enquiries and develop a strong understanding of EV charging solutions and accessories.
  • Manage incoming emails, client onboarding, and general administrative duties.
  • Help monitor sales pipeline activity and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Sales Administration, CRM systems, or order processing is highly desirable.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM knowledge would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
