One of our friendly Consultants will meet and fully register you.  This is to ensure that we give you the best possible opportunity of securing the position that you want.  As well as asking you to complete our application form, we also ask for proof of ID to ensure that you have the right to work in the UK.  If you do not have the correct documentation we advise on which government agency you need to contact to gain the right to work.  Once this is obtained we will be able to assist you in your employment search.

YourRecruit skills check all applicants, so prior to your appointment you will receive a link to a standard set of IT competencies. This is not a test – it enables us to assess your level of IT skills and should be completed prior to your appointment. This needs to be completed on a laptop or desk-based PC as it is not compatible with a mobile phone, tablet or Apple Mac.

Your CV

During the registration appointment, your consultant will gain a greater understanding of your requirements for your next role. Whether you are starting out in your working life or looking for the next step up the career ladder, we will work with you towards the most suitable role. We will fully establish your career goals and work experiences that you have gained.  We will discuss your CV fully to ensure that it is correct and all relevant information is included! We’re able to provide advice about your CV if we feel that it can be improved.

Once we understand what you are looking for, we will discuss potential positions with you either at your appointment or as they arise. If you change your mind about what you are looking for, just update your consultant so that they can ensure we make you aware of all available opportunities.

When we discuss a role with you we may not always get it right. If you are not interested in the position, just tell us – we won’t be offended! We will only submit your details to a client once we have discussed the position with you and received your consent. We will keep you fully updated as soon as we’ve heard back from the client.

We will support you.

Prior to the interview, you will be contacted by your consultant. This is to check if  you have any last minute questions and to relieve last minute interview nerves! If you are not used to interviews, we can provide tips and face to face interview preparation.  We advise you on how to demonstrate your skills and experiences in the most professional way.

Employers who use a recruitment agency, don’t always advertise their positions publicly. They have been established for over 40 years and as a business, they currently have over 3.5k customers and employ over 300 people – this role will be based at either their Epsom or Horley sites.

They are looking for a motivated Administrator within the Asset Team – this is one of the most exciting areas of growth within the business - adopting gas and electricity networks as they are constructed – taking on the responsibility for managing asset data and records, network maintenance and providing end customer services. If you are looking for your next career step – are driven, keen to learn and have an analytical mind and love data – then this could be the perfect role for you!

Salary: £24,000 to £25,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Horley OR Epsom Office/Hybrid, 2 days in the office / 3 remote.
