Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC

Regulatory Legal Counsel, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Our client, based in Redhill, an exceptional financial services organisation who operate globally, are looking for an individual to join the small legal team, to deliver legal services, advice and support to the business to ensure legal risks are appropriate, identified and managed.

You will develop and adhere to relevant policies and procedures to identify and manage legal risk, along with management of external legal counsel and advice, as directed by Head of Legal. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will support the delivery of departmental objectives. You will be required to assist in key meetings and projects requiring legal support.

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

Start: ASAP – 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday

Exams Manager

Working across two college sites in Redhill and South Croydon, our client is looking to hire an Exams Manager, to Manage a first-class central examination service for the college.

You will be responsible for supervising and motivating the Exams Team to achieve deadlines, providing expert advice and guidance to academic staff, ensuring adherence to examination board requirements and facilitating the smooth running of College examinations and assessments service.

Salary: £40,293 - £46,705 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Location: Redhill & South Croydon

Project Manager

Surveyor/Estimator

Our client is a development specialist who combines their expertise in all aspects of construction and joinery to refurbish properties throughout the South East of England, with a special emphasis on pubs, clubs, restaurants and similar commercial environments. They are currently recruiting for a Surveyor & Estimator for their Caterham offices, who is able to travel to various sites covering the complete South East of England. Our client would like the ideal candidate to have experience within the hospitality & leisure sectors including public houses, bars, restaurants and hotels.

As a Surveyor / Estimator you will be required to travel to various sites located in the Southeast region of UK, engaging with clients directly, carrying out surveys and inspections, and involved in putting together tender packages, quotations and audit reports.  You’ll also be responsible for the Planned Works and Projects approved by clients to be planned and executed to a high standard.

Salary:  £45,000 to £55,000
