A proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant is needed to join our well-established team in Caterham. Our office is different to other agencies: we do not have territory or client ownership issues and we genuinely work together as a team. Not only that, but we have fostered an enjoyable working environment where there is lots of laughter. We honestly enjoy coming to work!

We have been established for over 20 years’ and we have expanded considerably in this time. Our client base is both established and strong, whilst being consistently added to by our awesome team of consultants.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced Recruiter we don’t need to tell you what your daily tasks will include, as we all know not every day is the same as the last, however you will have the motivation and enthusiasm to be successful, hit the phone and make money!

As an expert Recruitment Consultant, you will ideally have a minimum of 2.5 years’ experience in the field of recruitment. You will have full training and support from the management team with the tools and freedom to develop your own candidate and customer database.
