Due to expansion a well-established and innovative end-to-end IT Solutions Provider have some exciting opportunities within their Horley office.

Award winning and with an enviable reputation within the market place this is a great time to join them in their New Business Team.

 

This is an entry level role that provides full training in Sales and Technology to get you established and progress to an Account Manager role. This is usally 8-12 months but once you have the tools, YOUR effort will determine and control your own destiny and how quickly you progress.

What will your working week be like?

 

  • Contacting potential and new business opportunities
  • Generating opportunities from e-marketing campaigns
  • Retention of current accounts
  • Identifying the customer's needs and buying patterns
  • Contacting accounts that are no longer active and striving to win lapsed customers back through negotiation, charm and excellent customer service!
  • Discovering leads and cold calling
  • Developing a strong knowledge of all products with the ability to cross-sell and upsell
  • Utilising all leads provided to you by the company and ensuring you follow up
  • Managing your diary system, making sure all databases are maintained and kept up to date
  • Communicating new and innovative ideas to increase the quote volume
