If you are an experienced Administrator seeking the next step in your career, or an Office Manager looking for a new challenge then this is the job for you!

An established independent provider of care services is seeking a full time Office Manager to support the team.

Candidates should be proactive, well-organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

 

What will your working week be like?

 

  • Provide general administrative support – document management, filing, data entry, drafting letters, etc.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Greeting clients
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings
  • Ensure records are kept up to date
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Timesheet management
  • Assigning carers to job roles
  • Typing up reports for social services
  • Define and maintain office procedures
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Other duties as requested by the Director 

 

Who will suit this role?

 

  • Previous experience at Senior Admin/Office Manager level
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks to successfully meet deadlines
  • Flexible, adaptable and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Honest, reliable and dedicated attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
