Are you an IT support professional with a genuine dedication to customer service? Our client is in search of a team-oriented individual to join their established IT support team.

With additional training opportunities available, your responsibilities will include addressing end-user support requests via email, online forms, and telephone, as well as assisting fellow team members. The team prioritizes and logs support requests based on client needs (beyond just SLAs), collaborates with clients to identify and resolve issues, or escalates matters to other team members as necessary.
Requirements:
We are seeking a tech-savvy IT professional with a customer-centric mindset, possessing skills/experience in the following:
- A commitment to delivering the best possible service to customers.
- A keenness to acquire new knowledge.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, and expertise in a variety of the following: MS Exchange, SQL, Visual Basic, Apple and Android OS, VoIP, Group Policy, VLANs, firewalls, backups, AD fault-finding, DNS, HTML, or WordPress.

- SharePoint
- Microsoft Suite
- Bit Defender
Working Hours:
35 Hours – Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
