HR Administrator

£24,000 - £26,000

What will you be doing?


Working within a close-net team the role of HR Administrator will be to deal with all HR responsibilities in line with Citation and the Company’s Safer Recruitment Policy, be responsible for all professional development training for the company, liaising with the Finance Department, Accounts and Payroll.


This role is an extremely extensive and varied role, and will include all areas of Recruitment, DBS management, all training from updating core development programmes, through to identifying training needs and delivering online and face to face training for all staff, finance and payroll and other administrative duties as outlined by the Operations Manager and MD.

  • Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
  • Located: Kenley
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
  • The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.


Who will this role suit?


The successful candidate will have gained strong administration skills working with a fast paced and pressurised environment. You will have experience of working within a HR environment and will have gained further training or qualifications. This is a stand-alone role, although support will be provided by management, therefore you will need to be confident in your ability to offer a full HR service to the business and its staff.
