Working for a company whom have been established for over 15 years within a niche market, you will be joining a successful business who is continuing to grow their business within the retail and hospitality sectors. Due to business demands, my client is currently looking to recruit four Sales Administrators in order to deal with the increase of customer needs and requirements.

 

With offices set within beautiful farm grounds, this is a stunning and picturesque place to work. The working environment is vibrant and fun, whilst presenting hard-working and focused teams. Due to the location of the premises successful candidates will either be local to Hurst Green and Oxted or a driver.

 

The Role

 

The purpose of these roles will be to take ownership of existing customer accounts, building upon the customer’s expectations and offering business development opportunities. As they key point of contact for your set accounts you will be contacting previous customers in order to build a budding relationship and to upsell to their current requirement.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • From your diary entries, contacting customers regarding their business needs
  • Building rapport with existing customers
  • Creating new contacts
  • Processing customers’ orders and upselling where possible
  • Creating new accounts
  • Creating and making follow up calls

 

The Candidate

 

The ideal candidate will have gained previous customer service or sales experience, as well as, the ambition and drive to be successful within their career and this exciting opportunity. You will be provided with your own dedicated area with an extensive portfolio of existing customers, therefore the ability to build rapport and expand upon business targets are essential traits to be successful within this position.

 

Skills and Attributes required:

  • Ability to pick up and retain new information
  • Diary management
  • Customer service/Sales/Telesales/Retail sales/Face to face canvassing/Account management experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but to individual targets
  • Accurate administrative skills
  • Proactive and keen to build upon gained skills
