Customer Service Call Handler urgently required!

 

6 month fixed term contract available.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful, international and fast growing organisation.

 

You will be providing high quality customer service to the corporate members, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

 

In return you can expect a competitive salary of £17,000 to £18,000 pro rata, along with fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday, bonus and company pension scheme.

 

Based either in central Redhill or Reigate, this role also offers a comprehensive training programme and outstanding progression opportunities to build a long term career.

 

The Role

 

  • Working as part of a busy team, this role will utilise your customer service skills within a friendly and professional call centre environment.
  • You will be taking inbound calls relating to employee benefits and occupational pension schemes, answering queries via email and providing support to the administration and customer service teams.

 

The Candidate

 

Whether you’re an experienced Call Handler or a College/University leaver looking for their first taste of the corporate world, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

 

Requirements include:

 

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English at C or above (or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail, accurate and professional
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Experience in either financial services or pensions administration would be an advantage
