Insurance Administrator

£16,000 - £20,000

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing customer support team.  The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of 1 years' administration experience.  Full training will be provided but they do expect the individual to have excellent administration and organisation skills, a good grasp of technology, and an excellent eye for detail.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator with some existing office-based experience who is looking for the next step in their career.  Our client needs somebody who is highly organised with an excellent attention to detail as they will be expected to deal with large volumes of administration.  Duties to include:

  • The setting up of policies
  • Dealing with basic queries from customers
  • Taking payments
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Creating and issuing renewal invitations/documents
  • General administration duties
  • Scanning and collating paperwork
  • Take responsibility for incoming calls and logging all relevant information
  • Written correspondence (email and letter)

As well as the duties listed above, you will be responsible for full support to the teams and therefore will be tasked with important duties as and when they arrive.


The Candidate

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years' experience of working in an administrative based role with exposure to customer care, you may not necessarily hold previous insurance experience, however, to have this experience would be beneficial.

Our client is looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is computer literate and able to deal with volumes of work on a daily basis whilst maintaining accuracy.
