An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pensions Coordinator to join a leading global business who specialise in employee benefits to executive compensation.

 

Offering a competitive salary of £23,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience) and working hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 -17:00, this client also offers fantastic benefits, of which include: Pension, Healthcare, 25 days annual leave, subsidised Starbucks, Retail vouchers and more!

  • Monitor the receipt of all corrective deal requests through to completion
  • Manage own & team workload
  • Analyse the corrective deal requests and ensure the most appropriate method of correction is being applied
  • Processing of loss calculations, corrective deals & reversals
  • Ensure all work is checked within the agreed deadlines
  • Assist the Admin team with member related queries when needed
  • Provide training to own team
  • Provide technical training to the Admin team on corrective dealing
  • Respond to Investment Manager and internal queries
  • Maintain accurate data on the core administration system
  • Produce accurate monthly statistics / reporting
  • Assist the Dealing team with processing / checking ad hoc deals, external switches, contract note updates and monitor the receipt and payment of all transactions from Trustee bank accounts
  • Maintain the reconciled position between the bank account, the core administration system and the investment manager

 

The successful candidate will have gained experience working within accounting, administration or investment functions, ideally within Pensions Administration.

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Numerical and accurate.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative, be proactive and see tasks through to completion.
  • Highly organised and be able to manage multiple tasks at any one time
  • An interest in the investment process.
