The Role

 

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, end to end and high quality recruitment service to all departments, attracting, recruiting and retaining the highest calibre people to enable the company can achieve its current and future business objectives.

 

Duties will include creating and placing advertisements, sourcing candidates from job boards, logging applications, managing an applicant tracking system, screening and responding to candidates, liaising with agencies and department managers, organising assessment centres, providing feedback and conducting competency based interviews.

 

The Candidate

 

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Recruitment experience essential (internal or agency based)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, proactive, analytical, adaptable and flexible
  • Able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Experience at interviewing (competency based) and facilitating Assessment Centres
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/candidate database
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation
