Our Client is the largest independent estate agency in the South East of England, with over 100 branches operating under 5 different trading brands. They have an excellent range of supporting services including mortgage, conveyancing, land and new homes and residential lettings to provide the complete property service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Co-ordinator to join a well-established Estate Agency based within the Horsham area. They pride themselves on being able to provide first class customer service and who are consistently going from strength to strength. They offer excellent benefits so you can become part of a hugely successful Estate Agency.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Salary of £19,000 Per Annum

 

The Role

 

  • Offering a fantastic level of customer service and being the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords and dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Resolving or escalating any issues promptly
  • Ensuring compliance and standard operating procedures are adhered to
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or post ensuring you provide the best possible service
  • Working towards set targets
  • Undertake other general duties as required to support Senior Management
  • Providing admin support and help to all network branches

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Willing to learn and develop your skills
  • Adept at dealing with telephone enquiries to provide a truly exceptional standard of customer service
  • Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
  • Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
  • Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition within a great working environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
