Our Client is the largest independent estate agency in the South East of England, with over 100 branches operating under 5 different trading brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Property Manager to join a well-established Estate Agency based within the Horsham area. They pride themselves on being able to provide first class customer service and who are consistently going from strength to strength. Salary of £25,000 Per Annum

 

The Role

 

  • Managing a portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London
  • Liaising effectively with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
  • Liaising with private landlords and investment clients
  • Liaising with lettings' negotiators across the clients branch network
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
  • Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants
  • Handling tenancy deposit returns
