Our Client is the largest independent estate agency in the South East of England, with over 100 branches operating under 5 different trading brands. They have an excellent range of supporting services including mortgage, conveyancing, land and new homes and residential lettings to provide the complete property service.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Estate Agency based within the Horsham area. They pride themselves on being able to provide first class customer service and who are consistently going from strength to strength. We are looking for people who demonstrate consistency and who have a CV that shows loyalty and commitment to the companies they have worked for before.

 

Salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum OTE (50K)

 

The Role

 

  • To manage the day to day running of our offices, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
  • To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
  • Helping manage and develop the teams you are working with so they can fulfil their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set
  • Motivating your teams with incentives and rewards
  • Listing and letting properties
  • Ensuring business is compliant

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Hard working and focused
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when Letting their property
  • Have sound knowledge and adherence to current lettings legislation and with ideally ARLA/NFoPP qualifications or equivalent.
