We have been recruiting for our clients for over 20 years and are known for delivering excellent results, which has given us a great reputation within Surrey and the South East.  Due to a high increase in demand, our Recruitment Consultants are extremely busy are in need of an additional Resourcer to join our Commercial Division!

Offering a generous starting salary of up to £20,000 plus the opportunity to earn lots more in commission, this friendly and sociable team are looking for someone who is a great team player, keen to learn and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm this is a rewarding job that is all about helping others to find their new careers. You will be:

 

  • Sourcing candidates for a wide variety of roles using job boards and social media
  • Reviewing CVs and identifying suitable candidates
  • Meeting and registering candidates, interviewing them in person and over the phone
  • Arranging interviews and providing feedback
  • Contacting candidates over the phone and via email, ensuring they are kept up to date of the progress of job applications
  • Liaising with clients regarding specifications, candidates, offers and acceptances
  • Keeping in contact with placed candidates to ensure they are happy in their new role and reviewing any feedback given
  • Writing job specifications and advertising roles
