Customer Liaison Manager
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
Location: Portsmouth

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays
A multi-award winning vehicle repair company, based near Portsmouth, is seeking a Customer Liaison Manager to join their friendly and approachable team.
Passionate about providing high quality, efficient and professional customer service, with over 20 years’ experience, if you are looking for the next step in your Customer Service career then this is the job for you!
What will your working week be like?
- Greeting and updating customers on the progress of the repairs – via text, letter, email and over the phone
- Completing paperwork, creating files and arranging courtesy cars
- Loading claims onto systems, checking if vehicle is mobile, confirming work to be completed and passing on estimates
- Checking damage against estimates, adjusting labour/parts as required and passing details to the workshop for repair
- Checking progress with the workshop, advising customers of expected completion dates
- Quality checking the vehicle and updating estimates
- Ensuring excess has been paid and Service Level Agreements with Insurance partners are met
- Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles and managing parts
- Raising invoices
- Updating spreadsheets and Insurer portals
- Ensuring all forms and paperwork are completed
- Responding to any negative customer feedback and closing jobs
Who will suit this role?
- Customer Service and Administration experience
- Automotive/Vehicle knowledge
- Pro-active and customer focused
- Well organised with an ability to multi-task
- Ability to show “ownership” for workload
- Good attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Confident telephone manner
- Upbeat and friendly personality
- IT literate
