We are currently looking to recruit for this leading Assistance and Personal Services provider based in the Croydon area, who can offer you all of the above and much, much more.

 

What will your working week be like?

 

Delivery of remote training to dealer networks, to encompass: product knowledge training, system training (e.g. how to register warranties, how to process claims) and wider “Approved Used” car programme training to support the manufacturer clients. WebEx will predominately be used to deliver the training but one to one telephone support sessions will also occur.

 

Effective management of the process is required – for example, sending of training invitations, scheduling training sessions and measurement of training feedback. The role will encompass on-going development of the training content to ensure it meets the needs of dealers and their clients.

 

Account support is also required to encompass data analysis, validation of management information prior to it being sent to clients, report compilation plus other activities allocated by the Account Manager.

 

  • Delivery of product and system training, engendering Retailer FCA & TCF compliance
  • Advising dealers on any forthcoming product or system developments
  • Explain and sell the benefits of our products by establishing contact and developing relationships with dealer networks
  • Maintain relationships with dealer network by providing training and guidance on our range of products and their associated processes
  • Ensure that any issues are highlighted to your Line Manager
  • Maintain training administration logs
  • Prepare management reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Review and validate management reporting
  • Analyse data and provide overviews
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues

 

Who will this role suit?

 

  • Organised and have good problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience of handling complaints in writing and over the phone
  • Good report writing skills
  • Understands the importance of good customer service delivery
  • A good knowledge of outlook, excel and word
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard with strong grades
  • Good communicator and be able to form relationships with a variety of people at all levels both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, quick thinking, flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Self-motivated and results focused

 

Desirable

 

  • Educated to the equivalent of A level standard
  • Experience in designing and delivering training sessions.
