What will your working week be like?

 

Ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are exceeded at every interaction they have; from quotation stage through to renewal.

Provide compliant broking, day-to-day servicing, and administration of client insurance requirements in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Meet and Exceed agreed Sales and Retention targets as defined by the business.
  • To provide compliant broking, day-to-day servicing, and administration of client insurance requirements in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner.
  • Uphold both quality and efficiency in line with FCA requirements, whilst maintaining the agreed service standards and QA KPI’s.
  • Ensure that all activity and account information is accurately recorded, as per company procedure.
  • Undertake any other task that may reasonably by required by the company.

Whilst Insurance knowledge is preferable, having previous customer service/sales experience and being IT literate would be an advantage.

 

All successful candidates will be enrolled on a detailed training programme, providing them with the knowledge they need to begin their career at this company.
