Working for one of the fastest-growing and extremely successful organisations within the education industry, you will be required to provide full administrative and secretarial support for the People Function - Director of People and Organisational Development, L&D, Recruitment and HR teams.

 

What will your working week be like?

 

  • To assist the L&D, Recruitment, and HR teams, providing administrative and secretarial support, management of the People Director’s diary and others where required, including arranging meetings, creating reports, collating data, and booking accommodation and travel planning.
  • To liaise with Academies, particularly with the Principals and their PAs; Finance and Business managers and HR staff, organising meetings, visits and gathering data.
  • To liaise with Regional Directors and their EAs organising meetings, visits and gathering data.
  • To liaise at a senior level with organisations such as the Department for Education (DFE), the Education Funding Agency and other internal departments as required
  • To deal with Private & Confidential information including salaries, HR issues and performance issues
  • To manage the People Function teams’ processes; writing minutes, transcribing dictations, preparing agendas and papers, and chasing actions and information.
  • To arrange external meetings, book accommodation and conference facilities, make arrangements for guest speakers and booking of event support.
  • Respond and be proactive in communications such as emails, letters and enquiries on behalf of the People Function teams as appropriate, prioritising where necessary.
