My client is a fast-growing, technology-based business who are a market leader in the provision of energy data and services. They have been established for over 40 years and as a business, they currently have over 3.5k customers and employ over 300 people – this role will be based at their Horley office.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide an excellent standard of internal and customer support for the Companies EV (Electrical Vehicle) Charging Service; managing the day-to-day operations and playing a key role in developing processes for this new product.

Salary: up to £23,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Horley Office/Hybrid, 2 days in the office / 3 remote

What will your working week be like?

As an Operations/Support Administrator you will provide proactive assistance and support to the EV Product Manager.

  •          Manage the Support inbox, taking ownership of allocated work and prioritizing workload.
  •          Provide consistently helpful, efficient and courteous customer support via telephone and email.
  •          Proactively monitor and identify faults and errors.
  •          Accurately capture and process all orders in the customer management system (CRM), billing
  •          systems, and management information systems as necessary.
  •          Resolve customer queries, making succinct, accurate notes of all completed actions.
  •          Provide professionally presented and accurate data as and when requested, either in Microsoft Excel or other formats as appropriate.
  •          Ensure quality of orders processing is of the highest standard: timely, accurate and comprehensive.

Do you have the required skills & experience?

  •          Administration experience gained within a technical environment.
  •          Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  •          Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  •          Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  •          Consistently professional, confident and calm even in challenging situations.
  •          Demonstrate a customer focused approach.
  •          Be a supportive and helpful team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
  •          Have a good attention to detail and prioritise work well.
  •          Articulate, professional and clear verbal communication skills.
  •          Present information clearly and in an engaging way.
