We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career within a commercial environment. Our client is one of the largest financial groups in the world; They are a company that provide a first-class Customer Service and with excellent training on bespoke systems you will be shown all the trade secrets and become part of a hugely successful team, and due to business demand they are now looking for an Administrator to join their continuous improvement department, based in Redhill (Hybrid working).

This role provides administrative support to the Service Improvement team by ensuring procedures and templates meet an agreed standard, are approved by the Head of Department and are uploaded promptly. You will also be responsible for providing regular and ad-hoc reporting to the management team upon request.

You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.

  • Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality and on-time delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills, in order to plan and manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to communicate and handle difficult conversations at all levels
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage work processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication skills
  • Experience in more than one operational area at Santander Consumer Finance
  • A good understanding of the car finance sector would be beneficial
  • Good understanding of all Santander Consumer Finance Systems and processes
  • Good understanding of the FCA requirements to drive good customer outcomes forward

What is on offer…

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000

Benefits: Annual bonus, 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, Pension contribution. Hours: Hours of work are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client is adopting a hybrid way of working; The team will be going into the office approximately 2 to 3 days a week with the remainder working days remotely at home. However, for the first 6 months of your employment, you will be office based to support your training and development in your role.
