YOU will be a pivotal part in executing the delivery of success by sourcing suitable candidates for the roles we hold live – you will manage our candidates expectation whilst also considering their fit to the roles we are working on and for those you successfully place you will be rewarded.
What does a Recruitment Resourcer role entail?
- Writing creative job adverts for our vacancies
- Searching job boards, databases and our network for suitable candidates and qualifying their skills
- Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face
- Updating our database and calendar management
- Building our brand on LinkedIn and becoming an industry expert
