Our client, with their head office in Reigate, are a highly recognised brand name and employer in the local area whom are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Lead Manager who will be responsible for providing an integrated set of support programs and services to colleagues; with a focus on enabling productivity, managing costs, mitigating risk, promoting our values, and supporting their brand. Programs and services include but are not limited to work environment, maintenance, reception, on-site meeting support and food services, print, post, office equipment, safety, security, business continuity, and records management. The role will hold responsibility for one or more sites and all Facilities Managers across the UK.

What can you expect: Salary of circa £60,000 DOE plus excellent benefits package which includes 20% performance related bonus, generous holiday package, generous pension contribution, voluntary benefits of private health, dental, critical health care cash plan. Subject matter expertise in facilities management and office support operations within a multi-faceted professional services environment is a must to be successful within this role, you will also be highly skilled in managing interpersonal relationships with various constituents and a focus on business productivity. Manager of various senior FM’s, you must be a strong leader with the ability to manage employees at all levels. Other requirements, required for this role are as follows:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills used to effectively in business standard English and in local language as appropriate
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach, train and motivate colleagues at various levels
  • Recognized as a positive change agent in response to changing business dynamics and support requirements
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Success in the development and implementation of office support processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence
  • Effective influencing skills and ability to impact key stakeholders and satisfactory issue resolutions
  • Ability to create and deliver strong presentations to stakeholder level
  • IOSH certified
