Marketing Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join a highly respected financial services organisation based in Sutton, whom having been established for over 30 years, are looking for a tenacious, driven and exceptional individual to join them on their continued growth plans.

As a business who specialise in a multitude of sectors, they are looking for a marketing graduate wanting to embark on their marketing career; working alongside a team of Marketing Executives you will play a pivotal role in managing social media and email marketing campaigns across all areas of business.

Sutton, SM1 

The Marketing Assistant will work alongside the Marketing Executives to build the company’s social media following and cross sell opportunities through comprehensive email marketing campaigns. The successful applicant will be looking to start a career in marketing, have excellent social media and online marketing awareness and be hungry for success. A previous exposure to digital marketing, social media and email campaigns, as well as excellent written skills and attention to detail are must haves for this role. You will be well organised and have had some previous experience in creating social media campaigns in a working environment. Previous knowledge of design and photoshop are preferred but not essential.

Ok, so over to you!

The successor of this role will be a graduate within Marketing, although our client would also consider candidates whom have started or would be willing to start their marketing qualifications. You will however hold a minimum of 1 years marketing exposure, including the implementation of new social media platforms, reviewing competitor activity and trends, creating social media campaigns and paid advertising.

Should you have experience of working within insurance, the health and beauty sector or construction sector, this would certainly be a great advantage to your application. Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills are all key to be successful.
