Job Title: Customer Service Administrator – Sleep Services Department

Hours: 37.5-hour week. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, 10:00 – 18:00 on a rotational basis

Location: Lowfield Heath, Crawley

Your daily tasks will include handling all the administration of patient orders, telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. The opportunity to quickly develop your skills and become experienced in this specialist field is available, if you have ambitions to progress, which will lead to an increased annual salary once all requirements and competencies are met.

  • To deal with enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner
  • To contact patients and provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance, escalating to relevant colleagues when required.
  • Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance E-Mail, telephone, letter and SMS
  • Process prescriptions at the time of receipt accurately, ensuring the correct equipment is given to the patient
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records
  • Working with the other teams within the business to ensure a smooth process for all orders, these team include clinics, warehousing, finance and operations.

  • A Standard DBS clearance as part of onboarding process
