We are excited to be supporting THE employer of all employers who are currently recruiting, due to internal promotions, for a Client Services Executive based in Redhill.

For their dealers, you will be a welcoming voice that is able to assist with their queries and requests as well as being an attentive listener and problem solver too whilst protecting the customers information through GDPR and Data protection guidelines. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.

Who will suit this role?

Suitable candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with many different customers and handle lots of different types of conversations, from answering a simple question to handling a complex problem. You will stay enthusiastic, calm and polite.

You don’t need any direct experience in Financial Services – however you will have helped customers in another sector within a commercial environment where you have been required to assist customers over the telephone.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Receptive to change
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
  • Previous call handling experience is desirable
  • Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

The hours of work will be 35 hours per week, 10am – 6pm, which will include a 1 in 4 late shift (11am-7pm) and 1 weekend in 4 (Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm) with lieu days on the following Thursday and Friday.
