What will your working week be like?

 

Due to business growth our client are now looking for an experienced Client Liaison Executive to join their enthusiastic Suppliers and Experiences Team. You’ll be expected to maximise the performance of selected existing accounts, creating new partnerships in key product categories and deliver exciting new Experience products to their customers.

 

As well as undertaking a structured review of existing product ranges you’ll also be on the lookout for new opportunities with existing suppliers.

 

The Role

 

  • Pro-actively review and improve our existing Experience ranges
  • Act on opportunities to develop new products with existing Suppliers
  • Contribute ideas for new Suppliers and Experiences
  • Assist with incoming Supplier enquiries, updates and administration
  • Input Experience and Supplier data into web, voucher and customer information systems
  • Prepare contracts and collect key data
  • Occasional visits to Suppliers to generate sales, strengthen partnerships and promote the brand

 

Who will suit this role?

 

Personal Attributes

 

  • Self-motivation – you’ll be reviewing multiple suppliers each week so will need to be confident and enthusiastic.
  • Determination - suppliers are busy delivering experiences to their customers so it may take a few attempts to see tasks through to completion.
  • Organisation and Accuracy – you’ll be working on multiple accounts at the same time and inputting key data into live content management systems so accuracy is essential.
  • Communication - You need to be confident on the phone, email, word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Negotiation – you’ll need to negotiate to secure the best deals for the customers.
  • A Sense of Adventure - You’ll be encouraged to try out experiences so a spirit of fun and adventure is a must!

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience of Account Management, B2B or B2C partnerships would be of benefit but the right attitude is more important than experience
  • A Full Driving Licence is required
